I help LGBTQIA2+ folks and those struggling with substance use develop the tools and resources to live their best lives.

What To Expect At Your Visit
Are you curious about who you can trust with your fears and worries, or with your hopes and dreams? Have you tried quitting or reducing those negative coping skills but keep falling back into your old patterns?
You might be wondering if there's someone out there who can celebrate you for being a little "outside the box". Maybe you’re in a consensual non-monogamous relationship, or you identify as LBGTQIA2+, or you’re considering transitioning your gender or sexual orientation and you're wondering who you can trust to be affirming and knowledgeable.
You deserve to be truly seen and celebrated for everything you bring to this world. I help my clients remember their authentic goodness, reconnect to their true passions, and experience the joy of life again. With my support, folks rely less on destructive numbing substances and behaviors and instead turn toward what truly fuels and heals them.
Sessions are offered either in-person (SLO or Paso) or on Zoom, last 50 minutes, and are $130 paid via cash, credit card, or Venmo. I can provide a monthly superbill for reimbursement if you would like to use insurance. I am currently accepting a few new clients- please use the contact form below if you'd like more information about starting therapy with me.

About Me
I am a queer and affirming Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist living on the Central Coast of California. I’m an avid hiker, soccer player, and yoga teacher who finds peace in the mountains and rivers of California. I’m a parent of two teenage children and pet lover with a rescue dog, kitten and a carnival-prize goldfish. I’ve worked for the County of SLO with folks recovering from substance use and addiction and with a wide variety of LGBTQ+ identified individuals, children, and families navigating life in these unprecedented times.
